Why does my tracking say “Delivered” but I haven’t received my parcel?

Sometimes carriers redirect parcels to a local Post Office or pickup location instead of delivering to your address. This can happen if:

  • No one was available to receive the parcel

  • There wasn’t a safe place to leave it

  • The carrier didn’t provide a reason

Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Carriers don’t always leave a “missed delivery” card, which can make it confusing.

👉 If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your parcel, the fastest way to resolve this is to:

  1. Check the carrier’s tracking page using your tracking number.

  2. Look for notes or email updates about redirection to a Post Office or collection point.

If nothing is listed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
